Kourtney Kardashian's camp is shooting down allegations that Scott Disick is not the father of the E! star's 3-year-old son, Mason.
Michael Girgenti, a male model who worked with Kourtney during a 2008 photo shoot, reportedly filed a paternity lawsuit claiming that he and Kourt had unprotected sex in March 2009, resulting in the pregnancy and birth of Mason
However, the 34-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's attorney Todd Wilson tells E! News, "This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason's father."
