13-year-old Bingzhe from Dongguan, Guangdong Province, has been living and sleeping together with a gigantic python ever since he was a baby.
His father said that the black python has been a family pet for 19 years, Yangcheng Evening News reported. After Bingzhe was born,
the non-venomous constrictor became the boy’s nanny since both of his parents were busy working.Bingzhe was nine months old when the 20kg python started to sleep in the same bed with the boy. The unlikely pair has been best friends ever since.
They play and have fun together. And during hot summer nights the snake’s cold body is a natural air conditioner for the boy who likes to use it as a pillow.
The pet python is currently 4-meters long and weighs nearly 100 kilograms – big enough to swallow an adult human. But according to the boy’s father, the constrictor is very tame and has never hurt anyone.

 Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, are no doubt breathing a sigh of relief.
The former couple's son, Usher Raymond V, has finally been released from the hospital, nearly a week after the 5-year-old almost drowned in a pool.
The good news comes just days after an Atlanta judge dismissed Foster's emergency custody motion, meaning Usher will continue to have primary custody of both Usher Raymond V and 3-year-old son Naviyd.

What began as dawn prayers at a mosque in northeastern Nigeria ended in a gruesome massacre on Sunday as militants brandishing weapons killed 44 worshipers in the country's troubled Borno state.

It's not clear who's behind the attack, but many Nigerians will suspect that the militant group Boko Haram, which has wreaked havoc in the region for several years, as the perpetrators.

The Nigerian government is struggling to control the bloodshed between the mainly Muslim north and Christian south that has claimed at least 2,800 lives since Boko Haram came to prominence in 2009, according to Human Rights Watch.

Speaking to reporters Monday at the Los Angeles premiere of her new film The Butler, the media mogul apologized for specifically naming Switzerland when she spoke out about incident.

Struggling smartphone maker BlackBerry is exploring ways to keep itself afloat -- including the possibility of selling off the company.
BlackBerry said Monday that its board of directors have formed a special committee to look into "strategic alternatives" that would boost sales of smartphones on its new blackberry 10 operating system.

Still, BlackBerry does possess assets that could make it attractive to a potential buyer or partner.
Perhaps most importantly, BlackBerry owns a trove of lucrative patents. That's a massive advantage in the competitive and highly litigious world of smartphones, and it could be attractive to a big rival like Microsoft, Apple or Samsung.
