Who could think that Kim will be up for 6 children but she is doing it right now as you can see.With her last child just 9 months old,she is now pregnant and not just that,with twins.
She told E news,"I was completely shocked," she said. "I had no idea. It was a natural conception, but twins do run in the family, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised."
The couple have two children together, Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash Kade, 9 months, and Biermann has officially adopted Zolciak's daughters Brielle and Ariana from previous relationships.
